Getting started with Newsletter Magic is easy. You can easily use our built-in campaign editor to create visually stunning newsletters. If you can use Microsoft Word, you can use Newsletter Magic and one of our integrated, professionally designed templates to create your newsletter in less than 20 minutes.

Simply follow the steps listed below, or watch this :

1) Enter or import your subscribers. You can create website forms to allow your subscribers to start their subscription, discontinue their subscription, modify their subscription details, and forward your newsletter to a friend.

2) Create mailing lists from your list of subscribers. You can target your subscribers’ specific interests by sending your newsletter to a specific group within your subscriber list. Just one click and everyone on your specific list(s) receives your targeted message.

3) Create or upload your newsletter. We’ve included 3 different ways to import content for your newsletter campaign: use Newsletter Magic’s editing tool; upload a file from your computer; or import a file from a web site.

4) Configure your autoresponders. Autoresponders improve your customer service while saving you time. They are a great way to automatically contact your subscribers without having to respond to each and every email. With Newsletter Magic your autoresponders are unlimited and you can automatically email your subscribers at any future date. You can send autoresponder emails based on your subscribers’ preferences or based on other information such as age, sex, income and address. You can do all this and all you need is your web browser.

5) Enter your Merchant Account information. (Optional for fee-based newsletters)

6) Hit the Send Button.

That’s it. You’re done! However, there are many more features we think you’ll love.

You can use Newsletter Magic to check your statistics and monitor your newsletter’s performance. You can easily generate reports to track the following:

  • which newsletter campaigns are active;
  • who your subscribers are and information about your subscribers’ preferences;
  • which autoresponders are active;
  • click-through rates and number of clicked links; and
  • number of forwarded newsletters.

That’s just a few of the reports you can generate with Newsletter Magic that can help you monitor and, therefore, maximize your newsletter’s distribution and your results.

You can use Newsletter Magic to save you time and perform bulk newsletter campaign tasks such as delete, archive and activate with just a few clicks.

With Newsletter Magic you have the option to create HTML-only, text-only or multipart (HTML and text) emails. If you choose multipart, Newsletter Magic will automatically deliver the most appropriate format to each subscribers inbox, depending on whether their email client can display HTML emails or not.

You can archive all sent newsletter campaigns into individual RSS feeds for each mailing list. You can then use a free tool, such as Magpie RSS, or create your own code to display a newsletter campaign archive on your site.
