An Overview of the B5 Vitamin
The B5 vitamin is also known as Pantothenic Acid. The B5 vitamin is the most prolific of all the vitamins and is found in every type of food. In fact, it is impossible for a person to consume less B5 vitamin than they need. That means that there is no little possibility that a person can have a B5 vitamin deficiency. For this reason, there is actually no recommended daily amount that health professionals can state as everyone obtains more than enough from their normal food consumption. However, even though there is no need to calculate a recommended daily allowance it does not mean that the B5 vitamin is not vital for a healthy body and mind. In fact, the B5 vitamin is essential for turning food into energy amongst other functions. The B5 vitamin is responsible for taking the fats and carbohydrates into energy.
Some B5 vitamin can be found in almost every food whether it is animal or vegetable. Obviously there are some sources of the B5 vitamin that are better than others but a balanced diet will provide more than enough. The foods with the highest B5 vitamin content are organ meats, salmon, eggs, beans, milk, and whole grains. It is worth noting that the B5 vitamin is lost when grains are milled into flour and tends not to beaded back in. Therefore, processed grain foods such as bread, pasta, rice, breakfast cereal, and baked goods are not good sources of the B5 vitamin.
The B5 vitamin is the most effective when it is combined with other B vitamins especially thiamin or B1, riboflavin or B2, niacin or B3, pyridoxine or B6, and biotin. Along with these other B vitamins, the B5 vitamin is an integral part in a number of processes. The most important of these is the production of energy from food that is consumed and this is known as the Kreb’s cycle. The B5 vitamin is also required for releasing energy from fats.
Interestingly, the B5 vitamin is also considered to be helpful in reducing stress. This is chiefly due to the fact that during periods of stress, the body produces more of certain hormones such as adrenalin and these require the B5 vitamin. There are many theories as to the benefits of the B5 vitamin but there is no need for the majority of people to actively seek out foods that are high in B5 as they are likely to be consuming far more than is needed already. There are no adverse effects to consuming too much B5 vitamin.

TsuNoni - Green Tea Meets Noni
East Meets West
Asian cultures have realized the medical benefits of green tea for centuries. Those who drank it lived longer, healthier lives. Now science has discovered the reason behind the green tea phenomenon. Polyphenols, the antioxidants in green tea, can actually help lower cholesterol and promote healthy heart function. Plus studies show it is a great weight loss aid, helping to boost metabolism and suppress appetite. Given the amount of green tea needed to deliver these health benefits, it is almost impossible to drink enough in our busy lives.
Across the ocean in Polynesia, Noni is used for its’ health-regenerating properties. Polynesians rubbed this tropical fruit on burns and sores to relieve pain. Extensive research has finally unlocked the secret of Noni. The polysaccharides in Noni are different than the typical sugar type. Those in Noni are actually a form of dietary fiber, promoting proper digestion and enhancing your immune system. Unfortunately, the awful taste and foul odor prevent most of us from drinking it.
Green Tea Meets Noni
When combined, one would think green tea and Noni would make an unpalatable combination. However, just the opposite occurs. These two bitter ingredients actually become a tasty and powerful blend, known as TsuNoni.
In fact, this synergistic result is so rare, TsuNoni was issued a patent. When separate, Noni contains 11 mgs of antioxidants per gram and green tea has 88 mgs per gram. But when combined, lab studies prove these super-foods deliver 47% more antioxidants per gram. This 1+1=3 combination packs over 400 mgs of polyphenols and 70 mgs of polysaccharides per serving. TsuNoni is a healthy, effervescent fusion that tastes absolutely amazing.

The Local Coffee Shop

Many musicians complain about the lack of gigs they have, but when I ask them to look closely at the type of venue they are searching, the repeated pattern seems to be clubs, stadiums, concert halls and pubs. What I would like to share here is to keep a real look out and be totally aware of the possible gig locations and don’t limit yourself. How about restaurants, parks, malls or my favourite, the local coffee shops?
Coffee shops are the next link in the chain of great gigs. Depending on the venue, you can drop in several times and build links with staff and get a feel for the type of customers that come there. Make it your second residence!
Depending on the type of music, coffee shops represent the perfect venue for musicians to meet with their perfect audience, and if they are your right audience, what must your audiences be doing if they’re not watching you? Drinking coffee
Coffee shops are great place for people who want a break from both work and home. It’s like the middle space, or the third space. I personally like these places because it’s nice and cosy, allowing you to build deeper relationships with the crowds.
Something that works day in, day out is the power of repetition. If people see your name several times, they remember it, and create a link in their mind. By placing several posters in the coffee shops were the same people go everytime between home and work, it is something they can’t miss, and are definitely going to remember. You can guarantee most of them will be at your event.
So how do you get booked?
It’s important to target the right show for the right venue. If you play acoustic guitar and sing with a soft voice, don’t go to a coffee where staff shout to customers that their order is ready.
Also pay attention to the peak and off-peak times at the coffee shop as you can use this to your advantage really easily. If you play in the morning when it’s peak time and attract many customers for the shop, you’ll notice that the lunch area may be very low in customers, so pitched correctly, you could ask the shop management if you could play in the afternoon, and attract the customers that way.
Don’t expect to be paid by the coffee shop management, but one way to grow your audience is to collect mailing list signups. This way you can inform them by post or e-mail where you are next because there will definitely want to be a part of your music.
The most important thing is that you have already built up great relationships so that you can emphasise how you will bring more people to their place.

There’s no mystery in the IP address!

The Computer is a very complicated device we use for our every day comfort and the importance of some of its numerical aspects is sometimes neglected. For example: a different number is given to each computer when its user goes online or when it is part of a network. This number is the IP address and knowing about it is like knowing where you live…
What’s my IP and what do its numbers stand for?
IP stands for Internet Protocol and the address is formed from 4 numbers separated by periods. The IP address format is a 32 bit numeric one and each number can be from 0 to 255. The IP address consists of two parts: first one represent the network number and it is similar for more than one user (like the number of a street) and second represents the host name which is different for each user (like the house number). To increase the number of available IP addresses within big networks with a lot of users or small networks with few hosts, the address is divided into 4 classes (A, B, C, and D)
Having an IP address it’s like having a last name in a network. To identify a computer in a network (LAN-local area network, WAN-wide area network or on the Internet) it has to have an IP address. This number is similar to a phone number or to a zip code. It is unique and without it the device or computer can not be used in a network area. Within an isolated network the computers can be assigned different random IP addresses, but if a private network needs to be connected to the Internet the IP has to be registered so that its uniqueness is verified.
Where do I find my IP address?
Connect to a site that recognizes your IP address and let you see it also. You can visit this site for example: iprelated.com. These IP Lookup sites are very easy to use and very useful for others. An IP address can offer a lot information about the person who logs in on the Internet and engages in a certain activity.
This is how illegal activity is sometimes detected and violations are reported. The IP address says less about the user if it is a dynamic one because it changes every time the user logs in.
Another interesting aspect is that some people who have the information from your IP address are interested in taking you computer over and using its resources. This is not impossible! They can use software that enables them to do this so it is better to hide your IP when you are online.
Who gives me my IP address?
The IP address can be static or dynamic, meaning it can be the same every time you are online or it can change. The IP address is provided by a server through a service called DHCP (Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol)
Although things can get pretty complicated when explaining numbers and their significance, this is just a small and easy to understand introduction about the IP address that does not involve technical terms. The importance of these details is very high because starting from these brief explanations one can truly comprehend the necessity and implications of the IP address and of virtual geo location.
The Internet is very rich in information about this topic and those who are interested in finding out more about their computer and the virtual world can visit: IpRelated.com .

Blueberries: Healthy and Easy on the Tummy After WLS
All of my life I believed the best way to eat blueberries was with a muffin wrapped around them. No way could plain off-the-bush berries taste good. Well, lo and behold, I’ve been eating blueberries by the handful and they are fabulous! I can tolerate them with my gastric bypass system, I don’t overeat or get sick with them. Best of all blueberries are in season now available at supermarkets and farm stands.
With flavors that range from mildly sweet to tart and tangy, blueberries are healthy superstars bursting with nutrition and flavor while being very low in calories. Blueberries are at their best from May through October when they are in season. Researchers at Tufts University say blueberries rank number one of fruits and vegetables when it comes to destroying harmful free radicals.
When purchasing: select blueberries that are firm and have a lively, uniform hue colored with a whitish bloom. Shake the container, noticing whether berries have the tendency to move freely; if they do not, this may indicate that they are soft and damaged or moldy. Avoid berries that appear dull in color or are soft and watery in texture. They should be free from moisture since the presence of water will cause the berries to decay.
Storing: Ripe blueberries should be stored in a covered container in the refrigerator where they will keep for about a week, although they will be freshest if consumed within a few days. Always check berries before storing and remove any damaged berries to prevent the spread of mold. But don’t wash berries until right before eating as washing will remove the bloom that protects the fruit’s skin from degradation. If kept out at room temperature for more than a day, the berries may spoil.
Ripe berries can also be frozen, although this will slightly change their texture and flavor. Before freezing, wash, drain and remove any damaged berries. To better ensure uniform texture upon thawing, spread the berries out on a cookie sheet or baking pan, place in the freezer until frozen, then put the berries in a plastic bag for storage in the freezer. Berries should last up to a year in the freezer.

Fly Fishing: All The Rods You Need
Friday December 26th 2008, 8:36 pm
The modern period has been dominated by the development of new materials, and there is no doubt that without plastics, fly fishing as we know it would be unrecognizable as a sport, although the basic principles would be the same.
Glass-fiber rods first appeared in the late 1940’s, but it took a while for the new material to be adopted. Suppliers showed varying degrees of enthusiasm for the material. Hardy’s first glass fiber rod was built in 1954, and after a period in which glass and cane uneasily coexisted, their first carbon fiber rod followed in 1976. Rod weights plunged, reaching the point where line weight became a consideration in rod handling. A modern fifteen foot carbon fiber rod typically weighs around the pound mark, and a nine-foot rod three and a half ounces.
If anyone wonders why fiberglass did not replace split cane overnight, the answer lies in the table. Glass rods weighed much the same as their split cane equivalents, and offered the fisherman few advantages other than price. Carbon fiber, on the other hand, approaches half the weight of either split cane or glass. Once the technical problems of using the new material had been solved, carbon fiber rods entered mass production and neither of the older materials could offer any contest. Cane was swept away by the mid nineteen eighties, although it is making something of a comeback on aesthetic grounds.
The Fly Line. As with rod development, the post-war period was dominated by the development of new materials. The taper on these lines could be controlled to a precise amount, and the invention of methods of altering the specific gravity of the PVC coating (and hence its buoyancy) gave the product greater flexibility than anyone had ever dreamed of in a fly line.
The Reel. We are very nearly up to date on the subject of gear, but is one small piece of the jigsaw puzzle missing. At the beginning of the modern period, it was unusual to find fly reels with exposed rims. The last twenty years have seen a surge of nostalgia, and it is fascinating to see the designs appearing that imitate reels of a century ago.
The Salmon Fly. In a sign of growing American dominance in the field, hair-winged patterns didn’t take long to make the transfer across the Atlantic. The hair-wing had become a significant influence on British patterns by the 1960s, with many traditional patterns being adapted to allow hair-wing ties. The origins of the tube fly are less certain. We know that North American native people tied lures for salmon on quills as long ago as the nineteenth century, but the idea seems to have entered mainstream salmon fly fishing during the 1940s.
There is an interesting post-script to the development of the hair-wing salmon fly. Fishermen took a long while to give up their affection for the fully-dressed ‘gaudy’ fly, and it was commonly stocked by quite ordinary tackle shops well into the late 70’s and even early 80’s. As it became harder to find fully-dressed flies, collectors moved in, and a substantial market in “specimen-tying” began to emerge.
How Hot Is Phentermine? Is This Diet Pill Bad For Your Body?
Teenagers of today boys and girls alike want a good look. “Good looks” here means a great shape of the body. The great shape of the body is attributed to a good work out and a healthy diet. With the evolving life styles one finds little time for work out. So the girls and boys of today are on the look for an easy way out. Who has grasped this market more than pharmaceutical companies? Youngsters of today have tried everything in the book and things out of the book too for the thin and hip look. These include skipping breakfast, smoking, vomiting and taking diet pills.
The mentors of these youngsters are film personalities and sports persons. What they don’t realize is that these people have worked hard to get their bodies in that shape. They have not popped just any pill and have stayed in shape. Do you realize that they are working out for a minimum of three hours a day to stay that way? Let alone three hours, can you work one hour a day? I assure you that you will look that way.
Healthy has lost its meaning to a great shape. Thinner does not mean prettier or healthier.
Though Phentermine has been in use for quite a long time, it does not mean that this is a drug with no side effects. Phentermine works like an amphetamine. This drug intercepts the messages of the stomach to the brain and your hunger pangs are lost.
Phentermine is available on the internet and can be purchased freely. However for your own good health it is advisable to consult your doctor and get full medical check up done to see your medical condition before starting on the drug. Take the pill as recommended by your doctor at the prescribed times only. Do not take an over dose as this is not going to help you lose weight drastically. This drug is quite helpful in making you lose weight as it is, if you follow it to the dose. Take the pill with a glass of water, do not crush the pill in your mouth or break the capsule before consumption.
In case you are experiencing any side effects discontinue you medication and see the doctor immediately. You may have a feeling of dizziness or drowsiness on consumption of the pill. However these are normal reactions and the precautions that you should take are, do not drive when in such condition. Do not work with heavy machinery like lathes or operate cranes which have a heavy load suspended on them.
As you are taking Phentermine, learn to develop good eating habits and abstain from eating fried food and high calorific foods. If you are going to eat fatty foods and at the same time take Phentermine then taking Phentermine is going to be of no use for your health. Try to develop an exercise regime. This will also be beneficial for your health, as it will help you slim down and continue the same diet and exercise regime even after you’re stopping the consumption of the diet pills. Hip looks is not healthy, staying fit is healthy.
Decide for yourself whether Phentermine is right for you when you visit PhenForum.com, the phentermine discussion forum and weight loss support group offering extensive research on Phentermine diet pills as well as weight loss tips for healthy, permanent weight loss.

Viral Marketing also known otherwise as Viral Advertising is a marketing technique used to build the public awareness of one’s product or company. They use many forms of media to reach out to the public without actually promoting the product by riding on in other forms of addictive means that could get a person hooked and be obliged or amused to actually pass it on, with the product or company advertisement along with it.
In a nutshell, companies ride on the idea that if people like the content of a media they will pass it on to their friends and family. They sponsor the certain media, such as a cool flash game, funny video, amusing story and such, which one may pass on to another with the company brand or logo or the products description or any other content to help promote the company or its product.
Viral marketing has become a popular means of advertising and marketing because they are relatively low cost. To avoid being tagged as spam mail, viral marketing counts on the eagerness of one person to pas on the product. If a person sees the name of the person they know as the sender, they won’t block it and open it as well.
Many companies offer incentives such as discounts and rebates when they help in spreading their viral marketing. They rely on the number of recipients a viral marketing gets from one person in determining the amount or number of incentive they can be attributed with.

Drive More Traffic Using Targeted Keyword Research !!

Using keyword research can expand the reach and visibility of any business trying to do business on the internet. It is also one of the most under used techniques of driving internet traffic. Keyword research is also a necessity for search engine optimization and pay-per-click campaigns.
Keyword research doesn’t only help with search engine visibility, but it also can open your eyes, as an entrepreneur, of complimentary markets, products or services that you should be addressing. I’ve been able to find additional markets to promote as a compliment to my existing business. This allows me to make more money from each lead that I drive to my website.
There are basically 2 types of keyword research software: keyword suggestion tools and keyword analytical tools.
1. Keyword Suggestion Tools
ResultsGenerator .com is one of the best keyword research tools available on the internet. It combines the Yahoo / Overture Keyword Research Search Tool with the Keyword Bidding Tool on One Screen. It tells you how much it would cost to be number one in the Overture Pay Per Click Search Sites in the left hand screen, and in the right hand screen tells you how many times the keyword was searched for and the various other keywords that were searched containing that word.
The reason that I like and use ResultsGenerator.com so much, is because it’s FREE to use AND I can view 2 key ingredients to find and target niche markets better. If I see that a keyword is searched for a lot, then I will play with various versions of it to find those keywords that allow me to get the best number of clicks for the cheapest amount of money. Thus driving traffic to test sites in order to find out what my metrics are for my Google Adwords or Yahoo Overture Campaigns.
One of the best places to perform keyword research are the search engines themselves. I like using both Google.com and Yahoo.com I find that since Google cleans their search engine and takes longer to index websites, when I am dealing with instantly changing markets and information, I will rely on using Yahoo.com, MSN.com and Blogger.com
2. Keyword Analytical Tools
There are also some Paid Keyword Research Tools that I use on a regular, almost daily basis. The most popular paid keyword research tool among search engine marketers is software called WordTracker.Com Wordtracker’s Keyword Research Guide is a useful collection of tips and techniques from some of the most respected search marketing practitioners working today. At first, I wasn’t sure whether paying the money that I paid was worth it or not. So I started with a One Day Trial. That turned into years of membership now for me. I would not want to do business on the internet without WordTracker.
You need third-party keyword research tools and resources to build and expand keyword lists for search engine marketing (SEM). Some SEM and search engine optimization (SEO) agencies have keyword research tools available only to their clients. Extensive keyword research seeks to harmonize your keyword choices with the search terms most used by your targeted visitors.
What about SEO ( Search Engine Optimization ) ?
For best results, keyword research and analysis should be undertaken in consultation with an experienced search engine professional (SEP). They will help you to further use these tools to the deepest level possible in order to maximize your return on investment in pay per click advertising!! There are many things in life that you don’t try to do yourself, like being your own doctor when you are sick or being your own attorney when you are in trouble. SEO should be handled by the professionals.
Remember: Keyword research is an integral and extremely important part of your overall search engine optimization process.
Maximizing the use of keyword research and related tools will help you to:
- expand your visibility and revenue
- find you new and complimentary markets
- lower your keyword pay per click cost
- increase your bottom line profits per campaign
Take Action & get going over to ResultsGenerator .com to start your basic keyword research and see how easy, fun and profitable it can be!!
Unique Selling Proposition, Explained
Tuesday December 23rd 2008, 8:34 pm
Dear Reader,
So you have an information product and want to sell it online. But why should someone purchase your product instead of your competitor’s? How do you make your product not only stand out, but jump out, from the competition?
You need to develop what’s known as a Unique Selling Proposition, or USP for short. As Robert G. Allen (author of two bestsellers: Nothing Down and Multiple Streams of Income) says “To catch the fish, you’ve got to design your own unique bait.”
The USP is a special promise that you make to your customer; something that your competitor is not promising. This promise is uniquely yours. The promise usually takes the form of a short phrase (but can also be highly detailed). For example, Federal Express promises “to deliver when you absolutely, positively have to have it overnight.” That promise combined with the belief that the promise will be honored is what motivates the customer to purchase from Federal Express instead of from another overnight delivery company.
The USP can be considered intellectual property, and may be registered with the US Patent and Trademark Office as a trademark. No one can legally use a trademark without permission of the owner. You, the owner, are then able to monopolize the expression of your USP.
Not only does the USP differentiate your product from your competitor’s product. It also focuses the company on delivering on the promise. This focus can lead to direct benefits in the eyes of the customer; for example, guaranteed on-time delivery.
Consider the following when designing your USP:
1) What is your unique offering? What are the properties of your product (or service) that differentiate it from your competitors?
2) What properties of your product are the most important to your customer? (Federal Express properly conceived that its customers wanted to receive the package quickly and on time.)
3) What properties of your product would be difficult for a competitor to copy?
4) Can you craft a message in such a way that it represents your product and is both meaningful and memorial to your customers?
5) How will you inform your potential customers of your USP?
6) Finally, test your USP to make sure that it meets the needs of your potential customers. Talk it over with your customer base. Run a survey if necessary. Make sure that your USP properly reflects your online business. Tweak it accordingly.
